Feature Requests

When viewing a fax, you can add tags to the fax while viewing. Being able to also edit custom fields would allow a user to add Patient Name or DOB while the fax is open and viewable. Currently you must view the fax, memorize the information from the fax, close the "view/print" interface, open the "info" interface, and then type the memorized spelling/information into the custom field.

Add ability to internally "name" fax lines rather than using the number. e.g. "HR" instead of (123) 555-1234, "Primary" instead of (800)555-9999.

In larger organizations it's bad practice to have human users that are tied to API keys due to people changing teams, leaving the org etc. The ability to provision an api key under a service account would be beneficial.

Please add the ability to limit or eliminate user permission to add Contacts within the fax system. There is a concern that duplications will occur within Contacts. Meanwhile, users are being instructed to NOT add Contacts unless directed to do so by their management.

Please add the ability to either mark a fax as “Read” within the Inbox OR add an intermediate area between the Inbox and Archive where users can see faxes that have been viewed or partially managed, prior to being Archived. The challenge of Archived Faxes is the inability to open any attachments. Users are required to un-Archive the message to see the content.

It would make it easier to block spam fax senders by being able to block them on the 'History' page directly without having to navigate to Numbers, Blocked numbers, and adding them there.

Like the Blocked Numbers feature but reversed where only Approved contact numbers (set up like the Blocked List) can send faxes to client. Helpful for companies heavily targeted by inbound Spam faxing.

When we have fax failures due to busy fax or whatever the reason and documo automatically retries 3 times and then gives up, would it be possible to have it try another 3 times, but do it after normal business hours? Or try the first time and the other 2 tries are done after hours. All of our customers are clinics and their faxes are extremely busy during the day.
