When viewing docs on smart phone currently, it is difficult to see what is being signed. It would be great if this could be optimized somehow to make msignature more smartphone friendly

Using MFax to send faxes from my desktop. Currently, the process involves 4-5 steps, including selecting MFax and print, then entering the fax number on the MFax screen. A way to avoid additional steps by setting the default fax number, so as soon we select Mfax and hit PRINT the fax goes instead of the documo screen popping up.

Allow editing of a document after it has already been sent for signature.

Currently there is no place in a user's settings/info that I can see and manage all the numbers the user is assigned to. The only way now is to go to the Numbers page and search for the user, and then edit each number separately. Only when signing is as the user I can see (see attached) all the numbers they are assigned to, but can't manage them (as the user is not the admin.) In the users settings page there needs to be a way for admins to see all numbers assigned to them and easily (press an X, or check multiple and click Unassign, or something like this) remove numbers from being assigned to this user.

We want to receive the email notifications when documents are signed, but the documents themselves contain PHI/HIPAA data and we do not want those included as attachments to those emailed notifications. As of Oct 2023 Documo support told me our only option is to not receive email notifications at all.

We would like to be able to export our current contacts list.

Contacts can only be edited by the users who created them. At this time there is not a way for other users to edit contacts created by other users. We would like to see a feature like this added to the platform, to at least a permission to set up for users that you would like to be able to edit all contacts.

Allow text fields to be linked so that data only need to be typed once. For instance, someone might only type their name a DOB once, and other fields asking for the same information automatically populate.

It would be helpful for some fields to appear based on conditional formatting. For instance, I may have a consent form expire at the end of treatment or on a specific date. If Specific Date is selected, a date field could then appear.
