Please Add a Patient Name and Date of Birth (DOB) for custom cover page templates.
Without them, we can't use our custom template as intended — we have to manually enter this info in the notes section every time, which adds unnecessary time to each fax. Adding these tokens would let us fully use the custom cover page feature and save significant time.

When assigning numbers to new users, it would be great if the Fax Caller ID field in Fax Settings would update with that number instead of having to type each number in.

Be able to change all users to receive faxes w/ PDF as attachments globally instead of going through each user and clicking the option to receive a PDF would be a massive help.

Add Subject Line along with phone number in Notification email
Currently in the notification email it give the phone number of the fax that was sent. Would like to be able to add the subject line as well. Currently there is not a token to choose this option. Example: Successful transmission to 1234567890 RE: Subject of email that was sent as a fax

Ability to type comments/notes via JaneApp faxing with Documo integration
Currently, I can send a fax via JaneApp by the Documo integration. But I can't type any coversheet comments.

Jane App - Allow deletion of unwanted files/documents while in the Send Fax section/window
Allow deletion of unwanted files/documents while in the Send Fax section/window in Jane App. Maybe put a "Delete" button or an "X" icon to remove unwanted files/documents before sending a fax.
