Allow a custom field value to be used as the source for rendering an image on the cover page.

Maybe add a "Custom Field Name" input when adding an image to a cover page in addition to the "Source" field. Use the value in the custom field name for rendering the image on the cover page. The value would need to be a publicly-accessible URL.
