Some helpful integration features would be: Embedded app that could be pinned to the teams bar, notification: Incoming fax notification to a specific user in teams chat so dynamic actions such as create a planner task could be created from the notification

Perhaps Mfax could implement it as an Embedded App (for end user only). I know a few other voip providers that have done it for their services, which is nice since Teams voice by itself is trash unless you have very basic needs>

Another option would be implementing the integration with similar features as Slack Integration

It would be great to be able to add an app (tab) to an existing group to be able to access Documo in order receive and send faxes.

It would also be great to be able to do so as part of the Chat. Meaning, when a fax is received, it is posted in the Group chat with the sender name, sender #, and the fax attached for easy access. Sending is less important this way.
