When we start a port in request (before it was even accepted by the losing carrier) it seems that you start routing faxes (coming from your own network) to the number internally (so if we - as a Documo user - send a fax to this number from our Documo account it will come in through Documo and will not go to the old provider.) This is wrong and unexpected given that the number has not yet ported over to you. Please change this, so that it doesn't route internally (intra-network) until the porting fully completes.
