Currently the urgent flag / token is only triggered when you use the web form. With Outlook and other email clients supporting a "High Importance" flag it would be nice if the system parsed this flag as Urgent. This related to the feature request "Ability to mark faxes as urgent or high priority" and just extends the feature to be flagged by email integration.
