I get about 3000 faxes a month and must store them for 7 years. What I would like to do is have a unique id added to the pdf and the file name.

Id like to have a unique id/the faxid apended to the printed/pdf copy and the file name

in combination with sftp this would allow me to refrence the exact fax in my order management system and ditch storing a paper copy.
