Don't Route Internally Faxes to Phone Numbers Before Porting Finishes

When we start a port in request (before it was even accepted by the losing carrier) it seems that you start routing faxes (coming from your own network) to the number internally (so if we - as a Documo user - send a fax to this number from our Documo account it will come in through Documo and will not go to the old provider.)
This is wrong and unexpected given that the number has not yet ported over to you.
Please change this, so that it doesn't route internally (intra-network) until the porting fully completes.

This is huge!! Need the ability to disable a number that is not actually in your network so it can route to the correct carrier till porting. This is standard with all carriers to be "seen" but not active. Could even make it a toggle function for any number actually so we can turn off active numbers for any reason such as end of tax season for a tax office that doesn't want to accept any faxes.

Sean Bailey: Such a toggle might be a good thing, but not helpful for this issue, since it will simply make it like a non-active number (so not allow anything through to the number, but also not route it to the old carrier...)
It needs to be automatic, that unless the number has finished porting it should not route internally in their own network.

Yisroel Adler: I agree it should be automatic for port in's but I also think you should be able to toggle it so it can be turned off and not routed at all such as in the scenario I gave. That way the internal documo network doesn't think the number exists. We have a few clients on the voice side that does this too and wants to keep the number but not ring at even if the number is with us.
