A feature we’re looking to add that you could perhaps put into the roadmap is “Delegate Access” to an account. So account A has a fax number and sends faxes. The Delegate account “B” would then be able to search their sent faxes and act on them like resend. That resent fax would be in the primary account’s sent list.

Currently this is only available to admins by advance search or impersonation.
