Bring Back Fax Bridge Confirmation Page

This is very important to our workflow to confirm the fax has actually been sent or if there is issue that needs to be resolved. For confidentiality, we don't want users to have access to the fax bridge in the portal, and therefore the confirmation page is the only way we can confirm the fax went through when using a physical device. This is vital to us to ensure our faxes go through to various government agency. Please bring it back.

I didn't even see this was removed.. I will let my team know this now and yes this is a crucial function of faxing for some companies! This should have been mentioned as Yisroel said more clearly or sent out as a mass message of removing a feature.

Hi John Toews ! We had to make changes these changes while we move from our third party vendor, however we plan to add this feature back in approximately 6-8 weeks.

Grace Kendree: This shouldn't have been hidden in a change log in the first place. The removal of an important feature like this should have been announced in an email. This is the first I've read about it being brought back and that was because I found this thread. Why not announce all of this at one time? The way this has been handled has us moving away from your product entirely. The reason I'm here... I got an email for my port out confirmations however the link doesn't take me to the correct page so I was looking for tips.
