Either add the ability for users assigned to the number to see all outbound faxes on that number or create a new role called number administrator and allow users in that role to see all outbound faxes on the numbers assigned to them.

Hi all! In our system, faxes are sent from users rather than numbers, so a fax isn't able to be viewed from the number it's sent from since it's actually sent from a user. Admins on the account are able to view all faxes sent from all users on the account. Hope this helps!

ONLY if that is an option that can be turned off. We have to deal with HIPAA and FERPA restrictions on who can see faxes so our staff really need to NOT allow others to see their outbound faxes.

This is essential, a new employee cant see any of the previous weeks faxes.

I think this is a good idea, but should be selectable on a per number basis.
