You asked for more control over who can do what and we delivered. Custom Roles & Permissions gives admins the flexibility to define exactly what each person on your team can access, down to the feature level.
Create roles from scratch or use an existing one as a starting point. Assign them to users individually or in bulk. And when your team's needs change, update or remove roles just as easily.
Your existing Admin, User, and Owner roles stay exactly as they are. This is purely additive. More control, less risk, and a smoother path to enterprise-wide adoption.
Documents & Workspaces
- Dedicated Document Types Tab— Document Types now have their own dedicated tab for easier management and access.
- Store Source Transmission Info— Documents now store source transmission information, providing more context about their origin.
Identity & Access
- Create Teams— You can now create new teams to organize your users and permissions more effectively.
- Edit Teams— Easily update the details and settings for your existing teams.
- Team Event Log— Keep track of all important activities and changes related to your teams with a new event log.
- Manage Team Members— Effortlessly add or remove members from your teams to control access and collaboration.
- Delete Teams— You can now remove teams that are no longer needed.
🐛 Bug Fixes
Fax
- Fixed an issue where email-to-fax sends could fail due to recipient name length.
- Fixed an issue where the send fax API response returned a null result code.
- Fixed an issue where outbound fax webhook payloads were missing legacy fields.
- Fixed an issue where API fax sends with scheduledDate set to now would fail silently.
Documents & Workspaces
- Fixed an issue where retrying a manual fax import job could duplicate documents.
- Fixed an issue where "Run Classification" could be enabled without an active model.
- Fixed an issue with concurrent duplicate OCR submissions causing errors.

- Fixed an issue where user synchronization could encounter null violations.
