Fax
- Cancel Scheduled Faxes— You can now reliably cancel faxes that are scheduled for a future time, while the cancel option will no longer appear for faxes that cannot be stopped.
- Clearer Default Fax Caller ID Status— Your fax settings now clearly indicate when your selected default caller ID is no longer available, helping you avoid sending faxes from an incorrect or unavailable number.
- Monthly Toll-Free Number Provisioning Limit— To ensure fair access to toll-free numbers for all users, a monthly limit of 20 numbers has been introduced for provisioning new toll-free fax numbers per account.
Documents & Workspaces
- Send Multiple Documents as a Single Fax— You can now select several documents from your workspace and send them together as one combined fax, streamlining your workflow.
- Retain Document List Position— When you return to your document list after viewing a document, the list will now remember your previous scroll position, pagination, and sort order, saving you time.
EHR
- Flattened EHR Document Uploads— When you upload an annotated document to your EHR, all annotations are now automatically flattened into the document, ensuring they remain a permanent part of the record.
- Multiple Activities for EHR Integrations— EHR integrations now support multiple distinct activities for a single document, allowing you to manage different workflows and fields more precisely within your EHR settings.
