Fax
- Scheduled Fax History Exports— You can now schedule recurring exports of your fax history, making it easier to analyze trends and diagnose issues without manually generating reports.
Identity & Access
- Account Selector on Settings Pages— Easily switch between accounts directly from your Account Settings and Account Fax Settings pages, simplifying management for multi-account users.
- Account Selector on Roles Pages— You can now manage roles for different accounts more efficiently by using the new account selector on the Roles pages.
EHR
- Cross-Account EHR State Management— You can now manage EHR state, including viewing, creating, updating, and finalizing documents, across parent and sub-accounts directly from the Document Processor's Send tab.
- Streamlined Jane EHR Connection— Users can now easily connect their Documo account to Jane EHR directly from the Jane application, simplifying the setup process for individual users.
Workflow
- Set Document Type in Workflows— Workflows can now automatically assign a document's type, streamlining your document classification and processing.
Bug Fixes
Fax
- Fixed an issue where users could incorrectly add or remove tags on fax numbers belonging to other accounts, or encounter an error when tagging a non-existent number.
- Fixed an issue that prevented faxes from being sent with attachments hosted on storage.googleapis.com.
Documents & Workspaces
- Fixed an issue where switching between "Active," "Done," or "All" document views in a workspace could incorrectly show "No documents found" if you were not on the first page.
Identity & Access
- Fixed an issue where the "Send" button was sometimes disabled without explanation when inviting a new user, due to hidden password validation errors from a previous tab.
- Fixed an issue where the role displayed for team members was sometimes outdated after their platform role had been changed.
