Documents & Workspaces
- Saved Document Filters— Your document filters will now automatically save for each workspace, so you don't have to reapply them every time you visit.
- Document Deletion Permissions— You can now control which users have the ability to delete documents within a workspace, enhancing security and data management.
- New "Done" Document Filter— Easily manage your document list by filtering to show only active, done, or all documents, helping you keep your workspace tidy without deleting completed items.
EHR
- Updated Jane EHR Integration Link— The "Schedule Time" link on the Jane EHR tile has been updated to "Contact Support" and now directs you to our support team for assistance.
Bug Fixes
Fax
- Fixed an issue where FOC emails displayed incorrect dates and times for port-ins, especially when no specific port time was available.
- Fixed an issue where released fax numbers were not properly unassigned from Teams or removed as primary numbers for users.
- Fixed a security vulnerability where users could unintentionally modify fax numbers belonging to other accounts.
Documents & Workspaces
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to remove a workspace from their favorites if they didn't have specific management permissions.
- Fixed an issue where clicking "Workspace Settings" from the Accounts page would sometimes open the settings for an incorrect account.
Portal
- Fixed an issue where long text in table cells would sometimes overlap into neighboring columns.
Print Driver
- Fixed issues with the Print to Fax 2.0 installer that prevented proper installation over older versions and ensured the correct application opens during sign-in.
