- Retract Documents from External Review— You can now retract a document that was sent for external review, giving you more control over shared information.
- Enhanced AI Field Generation— Our AI can now intelligently generate and edit extraction fields based on your uploaded documents and account configurations, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Quick Access to Send to Sign— The "Send to Sign" button is now conveniently located in the Document Processor toolbar, streamlining your workflow for sending documents for signature.
Identity & Access
- Team-Based Product Access— Users can now inherit product access from their assigned teams, simplifying permission management and ensuring everyone has the tools they need.
EHR
- Updated eCW Platform Fields— We've reconfigured several fields for the eCW platform, including renaming "Category" to "Document Folder" and adjusting required fields, to better align with your workflow.
- eCW-Specific Terminology— The platform now uses eCW-specific terms, such as "Practitioner" instead of "Provider," in relevant areas to make your experience more intuitive.
- Enhanced eCW Patient Search— You can now search for eCW patients using a combination of first name, last name, and date of birth, making it easier to find the correct patient.
- Standardized Date Format— Date fields across the platform, including in NextGen DM and eCW, now consistently use the MM/DD/YYYY format, making data entry more predictable.
- Simplified Jane EHR Integration Setup— Users can now initiate the connection process to Documo directly from the Jane application, making it easier to set up your Jane EHR integration.
Portal
- Improved Searchable Dropdowns— You can now start searching in dropdown menus with just one character, making it quicker to find what you need.
- Faster Dropdown Loading— Dropdown menus now load items as you scroll, improving performance and making it easier to browse long lists without typing.
- Refined Table Appearance— Tables throughout the platform have received a visual refresh with updated styling, including improved spacing and corner radii, for a cleaner look.
Signature
- Send Multiple Documents as a PandaDoc Bundle— You can now select and send up to 10 workspace documents as a single PandaDoc bundle, streamlining the signing process for multiple documents with one recipient.

- Fixed an issue where the list of assigned members in a workspace would not automatically refresh after adding a new member.

- Fixed an issue where searching for providers in NextGen DM with the exact term "and" would fail.
