New Features & Improvements
Fax
- Search Caller ID Requests by Number— You can now easily find Caller ID requests by typing a fax number into the search bar, making it quicker to locate specific requests.
Documents & Workspaces
- Clearer Document Duplication Option— The "Split" option in the document viewer has been renamed to "Split / Duplicate" to make it clearer that you can also use this feature to create a copy of your document.
- Streamlined Document Viewer Toolbar— We've reorganized the document viewer toolbar to group related actions more logically, including new zoom and rotate options, and it now neatly collapses into an overflow menu when space is limited.
EHR
- Updated Support Contact for Integrations— The "Schedule Time" link on the Integrations page has been updated to "Contact Account Management" and now directs you to the correct team for live support and assistance.
Portal
- Improved Text Readability— We've updated the color of muted text throughout the product to ensure it meets accessibility standards and is easier to read in both light and dark modes.
Bug Fixes
EHR
- Fixed an issue where required encounter fields were not populating correctly when uploading documents to NG DM, which prevented successful uploads.
- Fixed an issue where the EHR list was not scrollable, preventing access to all options and the 'Next' button when many EHRs were present.
