Fixed an issue where patient search results displayed internal patient IDs instead of patient names, improving readability when looking up patients.
Resolved a problem in NextGen Document Management where the Encounter field appeared for users who should not have access to it based on their document type settings.
Fixed a validation error in NextGen Document Management that incorrectly prompted users to select a practice even when one had already been configured.
