Workspace
- Fixed an issue where Document Types could be created under the wrong account.
- Fixed an issue where Basic Users were unable to assign a Document Type to a document.

- Fixed an issue where uploading a document would silently fail with a "Could not convert document to PDF" error, causing the document to disappear.

New Features & Improvements
Fax
- Admins can now upload images directly within the cover page editor.
- Fax resend and forward operations now use PDF instead of TIFF, improving compatibility and document quality.
Identity & Account
- User deactivation is now handled distinctly from deletion, giving administrators more flexibility in managing user access.
- The sign-up flow now includes additional fields for Company, Industry, and EHR to better capture account context at onboarding.
- The list of available Industry selections has been expanded to better reflect the range of customers on the platform.
EHR Integrations
- Extended field support for OpenEMR has been implemented at both the platform and state management levels.
- Extended field support for ModMed has been implemented at the platform level.
Workspace – Documents
- The date column in document lists now displays the inbox date for clearer chronological reference.
- Documents can now be sorted from oldest to newest.
Portal
- Product access icons in the Portal have been updated for improved clarity.
