It's not only the history tab that is frustratingly slow. Can you please advise on how we can improve the website speed as a whole? Even trying to log in takes about 5-10 minutes when it should instantly log us in. Every time we click to make an action, the website will freeze and we would have to wait another 5 minutes.

iTrust Custodial Services Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately archiving will not help the history load quicker. You can search shorter periods of time in the date range filter instead of the default 30 days.

Will archiving the faxes improve the site speed? We send out hundreds of faxes daily, so please advise on how we can improve this if archiving cannot fix the issue.

Hi Grace, will archiving faxes improve site speed? We have a large volume of faxes/tags and are experiencing slow site speed. When contacting support they informed us that deleting faxes would help improve this. The missing delete button was referred to as a bug that would be fixed.

Hello iTrust Custodial Services ! This is intentional because deleting faxes cannot be undone. You're also welcome to use the archive feature if you want to archive multiple faxes at once.
